Candidate data may include name, email, phone number, resume, employment history, education details, identification documents, interview records, application status, offer letter details, uploaded verification files, and portal activity logs.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use candidate data to evaluate applications, communicate hiring updates, schedule interviews, verify submitted information, generate HR documents, issue offer letters, create candidate or employee portal credentials, and comply with legal or audit requirements.
4. Limited Sharing
Candidate information may be shared with authorized HR users, interviewers, background verification support, technology vendors, email/SMS providers, hosting providers, and legal or compliance advisors where required for recruitment and onboarding.
5. Retention
Indo Heals keeps candidate data for as long as required for recruitment decisions, audit records, legal compliance, dispute handling, or future hiring consideration, unless deletion is requested and no legal retention requirement applies.
6. Candidate Rights
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion review by contacting Contact@indoheals.com. Withdrawal of consent may limit Indo Heals' ability to continue the recruitment or onboarding process.
